Sumdog's free maths games are designed to improve numeracy. Although it says that it is targeted at ages 9-13, some of the games could be played by primary 1 or 2.
Sumdog has some similarities to Tutpup but covers 100 numeracy topics split into 10 levels of difficulty. Pupils can chose to answer questions from any topic or level. However, after each game, Sumdog recommends a level based on previous results.
