Lots of free maths games from Transum but this week we are using it to learn our tables.

Also using Maths Mayhem to play pupils from all over the world instead of Tutpup this week.

Glow Wiki - Es and Os

Renfrewshire Council have produced a Glow Wiki which contains documents related to all the Es and Os of the Curriculum for Excellence.  Anyone with a Renfrewshire Glow account can login here.

The Literacy Shed

 The Literacy Shed has loads of digital resources for Primary schools though some can be used with older pupils.  Some are book based and you can use the book along with the digital resources.

Authors Live

The Scottish Book Trust and BBC Scotland have presented many world class children’s authors and illustrators to classrooms for free, live on the  internet, over the past couple of years - authors such as Julia Donaldson, Michael Morpurgo, Jacqueline Wilson and many more.

Google Art Project

Primary 3b made their own self portraits in the style of Andy Warhol

Select a museum from the homepage and then either choose ‘Explore the museum’ or ‘View Artwork’. Once you are in the main site use the drop-down menus or the side info bar to navigate between artworks and museums. You can also share your own collections online.

Classdojo

Classdojo is a behaviour management website which awards points to individuals or groups in a class.

Each pupil (or group) has an avatar and you can award points on a smartboard with one click.  You can also use your smart phone as a remote control to add points in real time.

You can choose to add positive or negative behaviour points and reports can be collated daily or weekly and emailed to parents if required.  Basic behaviours such as helping others, hard work, good presentation etc, can be edited or added to.
