It is led by Youth Music, the UK's largest children's music charity and aims to build the confidence and expertise of primary school teachers and musicians so they can lead and support children's singing activities. The website has loads of songs and resources to download, with words which can be displayed on the interactive whiteboard.
Schools outwith England can register and download:

Maths on Teachers' TV
Realistic problem-solving scenarios are used to explain the basics of maths in these programmes for pupils from Teachers' Tv. In each episode, the crew encounters challenges that can only be overcome by finding out about a new area of maths.
There are 20 videos in this series of The Number Crew, a primary series which uses realistic problem solving scenarios and animated characters to explain the basics of maths. Covering topics such as division, multiplication, multi-sided and 3D shapes (plus many many more) these videos are a good way to introduce pupils to basic maths ideas.
