No hands to answer questions

Dylan Wiliam was on BBC2 recently with his education trial The Classroom Experiment which promoted whole class involvement.

One of his ideas was not to put hands up to answer questions but rather to choose names randomly from the class to answer.  E.g. put names on lolly sticks and choose one at random to answer any given question.  This brought to mind a website I used last session that allows you to pick names randomly.  Random name generator can also be downloaded to your desktop for free.
